Email Marketing
Email marketing can be defined as the process of promoting a product or service or an idea by sending direct emails to a list of recipients.
We take the definition a bit further. We feel it is important that the emails sent be both effective, and accountable.
Effective
We respect people?s inboxes. We understand that many people feel overwhelmed by the amount of information they need to keep track of in their daily lives, and we would prefer not to add to their worries. That?s why we endeavor to only send our recipients information that is relevant to them. And because we do this, people come to trust that our emails will not waste their time, and will contain information and offers that provide them with value.
The consequence of that trust is that our emails get results. On average, a higher percentage of people open our emails than industry standards, and they respond to our offers more often than average, too.
Accountable
We know this because we use an email marketing platform that allows us to track who opened each email, and what links within that email they clicked on, if any.
We pay attention to the statistics that we gather, and we refine and adjust each email campaign in response to this information.
